Shailesh Maingi

Board Member

Shailesh Maingi is the Founder and Managing Partner of Kineticos Life Sciences. He serves on the Investment Committees of all Kineticos funds and plays an active role in guiding portfolio companies, supporting growth, and helping management teams achieve operational objectives. Prior to founding Kineticos Life Sciences LLC, Mr. Maingi was a senior executive at Cardinal Health and Sigma-Aldrich. He started his career as a research and development scientist with Roche Diagnostics.

Shailesh is also the Founder and Chair of Inceptor Bio, LLC, a clinical stage biotechnology company advancing next-generation CAR-T therapy. In addition, Shailesh currently serves on the board of Kincell Bio, eXmoor Pharma, Orthobond and Kinvard Bio. He previously served on the boards of Gallus Biopharmaceuticals, Arranta Bio and Locus Biosciences.

He is adjunct faculty at UNC Kenan-Flagler School of Business and founded the InVincible Cancer Research Fund
